As Project Support Worker you will provide on-site support to homeless single adults with multi-complex needs. This role involves actively assisting, encouraging and supporting Service Users in promoting their wellbeing, independence, safety, and positive, healthy life choices, including crisis intervention.

1. Communicate with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products from our wholesale and retail range. 2. Provide details on prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and credit arrangements, and ensure orders are processed efficiently. 3. Arrange and oversee product deliveries or collections, following up to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat orders. 4. Support and assist with in-house sales operations, including floor promotions, product displays, and customer enquiries within the store. 5. Maintain contact with wholesale clients and local businesses to build longterm relationships and generate new sales opportunities. 6. Stay informed about new and seasonal products, market trends, and customer preferences, suggesting improvements where appropriate. 7. Record all sales activities, maintain client data, and handle customer complaints professionally. 8.
