This is a varied and autonomous position overseeing the care and support of adults with mental health needs across dispersed sites, with full responsibility for a permanent and bank staff team. \n \n Our client is a well-established provider delivering supported living services for adults with mental health diagnoses across Surrey. The organisation is currently in a period of positive service development and is looking for a confident, hands-on leader to drive quality and help shape how support is delivered across the sites. \n \n The Role of Care Manager: \n \n You will take operational responsibility for four supported living services two in Redhill and two in Reigate supporting adults with a range of mental health needs and diagnoses.
