What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply. • Arrive promptly to site and spend the allowed time at/on each set task, • Assess site for any specific issues that may have arisen and report back if appropriate, • Changing light bulbs and ensuring their fixtures are in good working order, • Minor electrical work, replacing sockets, lights, changing fuses, junction boxes etc, • Minor plumbing and carpentry, • Assembling equipment, where required, • Conducting repairs within communal areas, completed to a suitable standard, • Garden/landscape installation and maintenance, • Painting and decorating of communal areas, • Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons, • A variety of other internal and external works, • Reporting of issues and potential works, • Completing job service reports, • Holds a full, valid UK Driving License, • Experience of working in a similar role is essential, • Time to Recharge: 21 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, • Full uniform provided, • Access to a company vehicle and fuel card, • Future Security: Pension of up to 5% from the employee and 3% from the employer, • Learning & Development: Study support and access to our dedicated academy to help you grow professionally and personally, • Mental Health Support: 24/7 mental health services, • Birthday Bonus: Enjoy an extra day off on your birthday to celebrate your way, • Giving Back: One volunteer day annually to support a charity or cause close to your heart
