Real Recruitment are supporting our client to recruit a B2B Sales Account Manager to join their energetic and collaborative team based inBradley Stoke, Bristol (BS32) on a full time, permanent,hybrid workingbasis (following training) This is a blend of office working and working from home available - Therefore you will be within commutable distance of the office in Bristol. SALARY :Basic £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + OTE Hybrid working options (following probation) Free onsite park 25 Days holiday per annum (Rising to 30 days) + Bank Holidays Additional Holiday Purchase Scheme Healthcare Cash Plan Entry into Monthly Stage Events Draw Giving Back - Paid Volunteering Days Annual Training & Development Fund (individual) About The Company & The Role Our client is very well established, operating within a niche sector providing an essential and valuable and essential service into the entertainments, FM, Construction and education sectors. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximising opportunity with existing customers. A large part of your role will be to manage the tender process for large projects, with some new business generation focus occasionally (80% Account Management / 20% New Business) Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts Build valuable relationships with customers Achieve & exceed revenue targets and margins Perform effective telephone-based calls to generate new business opportunities (Warm & Cold) Strong commercial acumen Maintain accurate data within the CRM Whilst the position is desk-based, there will be an opportunity to meet clients/travel where appropriate. Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday What You Will Bring This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional communicator who will have great experience in forging and managing commercial relationships. Ideally you will have some experience of working with either FM, or the Construction sector Energetic & Enthusiastic Target driven Team player Highly service orientated Strong IT skills A background within Account Management & Business Development essential Capable of sourcing own leads through market research Be in commutable distance of BS32 as whilst training you will be required to work in the office.
