Due to promotion, we have an exciting new hybrid role that would be suitable for an experienced residential conveyancer (min 3 yrs PQE)looking to move into a management role as full training and support will be given. You will be nurturing a team of 5 in this friendly and dynamicteam. You will provide expert legal advice and representation in residential property matters, aligned with departmental and firm-wide goals. Support team development, uphold professional standards, and contribute to business growth. You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or ILEX with at least 3years PQE along with feeearning experience and familiarity with professional partnerships and LLPs. Responsibilities are varied and include:- Support Directors in delivering firm-wide strategy. Ensure Residential Property work aligns with firm policies and departmental standards. Provide high-quality, timely legal service and client communication. Manage own caseload and assist colleagues with advice and representation. Maintain professional standards and regulatory compliance (e.g. SRA). Record and develop professional competencies. Promote the firm internally and externally.
