People Partner | Permanent | Horsham | Hybrid | Up to £60k Are you a strategic HR generalist who thrives on coaching, culture-building and enabling high-performing teams? Our client is looking for a People Partner to join their collaborative People team. Reporting into the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy - balancing strategic insight with hands-on delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who brings creativity, agility and a growth mindset to everything they do. Key responsibilities will include: • Partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and succession planning., • Coaching managers to elevate leadership capability., • Supporting change initiatives and embedding a culture of ownership and performance., • Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing., • Enhancing HR systems, policies, and payroll processes., • Leading initiatives across learning, development, and wellbeing. The successful candidate will have/be: • Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment., • Strong coaching and leadership development skills., • Strategic mindset whilst delivering operational excellence., • Experience in talent planning, recruitment and performance enablement., • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward it (desirable)., • Adaptable, proactive and collaborative approach., • Data-oriented and passionate about learning.
