Requirements: • Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry or a similar role is necessary, with a strong emphasis on specialty coffee knowledge and skills., • Strong passion for specialty coffee and a deep understanding of brewing techniques, coffee origins, and flavour profiles., • Proficiency in espresso extraction, including grind adjustment, dosing, and tamping techniques., • Skill in creating and pouring latte art designs, showcasing attention to detail and craftsmanship., • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and develop a team., • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour., • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure., • Knowledge of inventory management, and point-of-sale systems., • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays., • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to teamwork., • Food handling certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
