About the Role Pay + Contract 🤑 This is a 48h/wk full time contract that requires a mix of opens/closes over 5 days a week. This usually works as 45 hours on shift on the rota and a flexible 3 hours of admin. Whilst you write your own rota, we'll need you to lead from the front and have a presence over all operating hours. The pay is a mix of basic, service charge and annual bonus. Job Description: • Lead the workshop, help others during the day and set the example for the other technicians., • -Team player is essential we want someone that work with service managers and feedback any issues that can be improved going forward., • Run full diagnostic and Vehicle Health Check on the vehicle before proceeding with any servicing or repairs, • Work along side the Service Managers to keep on track completed jobs and have the garage moving smoothly. Checking all Job sheets and when they need to be completed by., • Attention to detail, Making sure your following the job sheet of a vehicle and going through the procedure., • Play a vital role and help with the current business expansion., • Dealership experience is a plus but, not essential., • This opportunity will allow you to feel involved and take charge of the workshop throughout the day. The service managers will work with you and help with any admin or parts issues you may face. Team player is essential for this role.
