    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ofsted Registered Manager to lead and oversee supported accommodation services for young people aged 16–17. You will provide strong leadership across multiple sites, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective safeguarding, high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes for young people. The role will involve: • Leading the day-to-day operation of multiple supported accommodation services., • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding standards., • Managing recruitment, staff performance, supervision and continuous improvement., • Overseeing audits, quality assurance processes and service development plans., • Building effective relationships with Ofsted, local authorities and external professionals., • Managing resources effectively and travelling between services as required. Requirements • Previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager,, • A proven record of successfully completing at least one Ofsted inspection within children’s residential care or supported accommodation., • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, an equivalent qualification, or a commitment to completing it.
