Job Title: Integration Solutions Manager / Technical Account Manager Salary: £80-100k Location: UK - remote (must be based in the UK) Tech: REST/SOAP, JSON, Django Templates, Troubleshooting, Architecture, Client focussed One of the most forward-thinking product teams I’ve partnered with is looking to bring in an Integration Solutions Manager to deliver complex integrations while acting as a trusted partner to enterprise clients. Their mission is to streamline business-critical workflows across HR ecosystems, enabling organisations to connect complex systems with ease. The Role: This is a dual role where you’ll be hands-on with integration design and configuration, while also building close relationships with customers to guide them through technical challenges. You’ll gather business requirements, translate them into integration specs, and oversee delivery, all while acting as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and the product itself. You’ll be expected to balance deep technical work (API connections, data mapping, integration monitoring) with consultancy skills (stakeholder management, presenting solutions, shaping best practices). A key part of the role will be thinking logically, troubleshooting without relying on “magic system” assumptions, and being able to explain and guide clients clearly and articulately through technical decisions. Tech & Skills You'll Be Using: • APIs, webhooks, and data integration concepts, • Ability to clearly distinguish REST vs SOAP and when each is appropriate, • Implementation skills across JSON and Django templates, • Low-code / no-code integration tools for configuring connections, • Common data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), • Database query tools and SQL basics, • SSO configuration & security settings, • Documentation of data flows, integration architectures, and process maps, • HR enterprise ecosystems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.), • Coherent integration and solution architecture design The Ideal Person You’ll thrive in a role where you split your time between technical delivery and client-facing consultancy. Role Summary The Contract Consultant – English Language Learning (ELL) will support current and upcoming UK/EU client engagements. Primary responsibilities include ELL advisory, solution development, client consultation, and curriculum/content strategy. This contract role may transition to a longer-term or permanent opportunity based on performance, market alignment, and organizational needs. Responsibilities Client Advisory and Engagement • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for ELL pedagogy, curriculum development, and instructional strategy., • Participate in client discovery meetings, presentations, and solution-scope discussions., • Collaborate with internal teams, including instructional design, editorial, technology, and accessibility., • Support the design of ELL-focused digital learning solutions, assessments, and curriculum products., • Provide insight into UK and EU ELL market needs, client expectations, and competitive landscape., • Assist with proposal development, RFP responses, and solution frameworks., • Share ELL expertise and market knowledge with cross-functional teams., • Minimum 7 years of experience in K–12 English Language Learning (ELL), curriculum development, publishing, assessment, or educational technology., • Experience in client advisory, consulting, or solution design., • Strong understanding of UK/EU ELL curriculum frameworks, localisation, and instructional design., • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (Long-Term Leadership Potential) • Established network within publishing, edtech, assessment, or education services sectors., • Experience supporting presales, business development, or partnership activities., • Ability to represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, or strategic discussions., • Experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives.
