With a strong commercial presence across retail, wholesale, and foodservice channels, they provide a wide range of core ingredients used daily by chefs, kitchens, and manufacturers throughout the UK. Operating in a fast-paced, price-sensitive environment, the business combines global sourcing capability with a sharp commercial edge, delivering high-volume food solutions to customers who depend on value, reliability, and supply chain agility. The business is entering its next phase of growth, with a specific focus on expanding its Foodservice and B2B Channel Footprint. As part of this strategy, they are now looking to appoint a proven commercial leader to take full ownership of the Foodservice and B2B channel. The Opportunity This is a senior leadership role with full strategic and operational responsibility for the Foodservice channel across the UK. As Sales Director – Foodservice & B2B, you will define the commercial vision, shape the go-to-market strategy, and build long-term partnerships with wholesalers, buying groups, and national operators, alongside the total B2B Channel. You will manage a broad portfolio of commodity-led ingredients, delivering high-volume sales performance while building a channel primed for long-term growth. This is a commercially pivotal role that will allow you to shape a key business unit in an organisation with clear ambition and strong leadership.
