The Role We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing Sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting our Business Development Managers to achieve growth targets. What we need from you Sales & Lead Generation • Identify and reach out to potential customers through outbound activity, calls, emails, and social media., • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and nurturing them through the early stages of the pipeline., • Book discovery calls and demos for the Business Development Managers, ensuring a smooth handover and clear context., • Research prospective organisations to understand their needs, challenges, and alignment with Titus’ solutions., • Keep CRM records up to date in HubSpot, ensuring all activities and communications are accurately logged., • Prepare regular reports on lead generation, pipeline performance, and conversion metrics. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Work closely with the wider Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience., • Share insights and feedback to help refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies., • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities. What you’ll bring • 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales or lead generation., • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills., • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn., • Resilient and positive, with the ability to adapt to new tools and approaches., • Excellent organisational and time-management skills., • Comfortable working with CRMs (HubSpot experience a plus)., • Proficient in Google Workspace and digital communication tools., • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK. Desirable • Previous experience in EdTech, Learning & Development, SaaS, or Technology Managed Services., • Experience working towards KPIs or sales targets.
