Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyse sales data. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think strategically. A degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
