You will lead Trust-wide change initiatives designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, ultimately benefiting both patients and staff.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing significant programmes of work, and have a passion for driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of the Efficiency, Value, and Improvement (EVI) PMO by supporting and facilitating multiple high-priority programmes and projects simultaneously.They will ensure that all initiatives are delivered at pace while embedding sustainable change across the Trust. Operating with significant autonomy, the post holder will act as a key partner to the Executive Directors, senior clinicians, operational managers, and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
