You’ll handle financial tasks with care, making sure our income and expenditure processes are set up correctly and recorded clearly. You’ll also help manage staffing information and working hours, ensuring everything is completed on time and in line with our compliance standards. Alongside this, you’ll play an important role in recruitment, and support the planning of staff inductions, training and ongoing development—working closely with our central support teams. We are looking for someone with experience in organising and providing efficient general administrative support. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll have the ability to create and maintain positive relationships with all working partnerships and handle a wide range of enquiries in a timely and confidential manner. With good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software, including Outlook, Word and Excel, you’ll have experience in the implementation of new IT systems and training staff.
