Interested in...? • Being paid to go to college; earn as you learn, without having to ‘work the time back’, • Achieving a SCQF Level 5 Apprenticeship over a 15 month period, • Full company funding of any fees for qualifications and training, • No shifts, no nights, no weekends; a 40-hour week, with Monday-to-Friday daytime hours, • A competitive salary significantly higher than the national minimum wage for apprentices, • Support from a community of apprentices; a collaborative and comprehensive induction, • A huge variety of potential career progression pathways at a stable, thriving business As an Apprentice Customer Service Coordinator: • Plan and track deliveries of aggregate, asphalt and concrete so customers get what they need, on time, ensuring effective use of transport, • Work with Sales, Operations and Transport teams to keep things running smoothly, • Call customers the day before delivery to confirm times and orders, • Deal with last-minute changes and let customers know if anything changes, • Keep records up to date so the business knows what was delivered, what wasn’t, and why, • Build good relationships with customers over the phone, • Help improve how the team works by sharing ideas and hitting targets. You will attend college; the choice of college will be dependent on where you live. If you’re one who enjoys doing the same thing every day, maybe this role isn’t for you.
