About the role Are you passionate about education and driven by the opportunity to make a real impact in shaping futures? Do you thrive on building strong partnerships and achieving ambitious goals? We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our services, working closely with employers, schools, and Multi Academy Trusts (MATs) across the UK. 🚀 What You'll Do • Act as the key liaison between employers and our Education team, ensuring all targets are met., • Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for apprenticeships., • Promote the benefits of apprenticeship training to businesses and schools, supporting workforce development., • Support employers in managing their digital Apprenticeship Service accounts and ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules., • Manage and update data records accurately and on time, with support from the operations assistant., • Represent our apprenticeship programmes with professionalism, enthusiasm, and impact. About you We're looking for someone who is not only skilled, but also enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient. You'll bring: • Strong experience in stakeholder management and employer engagement., • Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance targets., • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage decision makers., • Experience in the apprenticeship/education sector, with knowledge of funding rules and compliance., • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and deliver development activity., • A passion for sales and relationship-building, with strong negotiation skills., • Experience with CRM systems and data management.
