We provide high-quality, customised 3D portrait products for both individual consumers and commercial partners. We are currently at a critical phase of national expansion, focused on building and scaling our franchise network across the UK. This is a pivotal moment for Pokidol. We are assembling our core commercial team and plan to recruit multiple business-focused roles to support equipment sales and franchise partner development, with direct responsibility for driving revenue growth. Role Overview We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to support Pokidol’s continued growth in the UK market. This is a highly execution-focused, deal-driven role. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and progressing sales and franchise opportunities, working closely with the internal team to close key commercial deals. This is not a traditional “corporate sales” position. It is a hands-on, fast-paced role within a start-up environment, where initiative, follow-through and outcomes matter. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify and contact potential franchise partners and B2B clients, • Follow up on inbound enquiries and conduct outbound business development where required, • Qualify prospective partners and clients, assessing commercial fit and genuine intent, • Present Pokidol’s products, solutions and franchise model clearly and professionally (online and offline), • Actively manage opportunities through to contract signing, • Maintain accurate and well-organised sales records using a CRM or internal tracking tools, • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining momentum across the sales pipeline What We Are Looking For • Experience in B2B sales, business development or a related commercial role, • Confidence in communicating with business owners, managers and decision-makers, • Strong communication skills and sound commercial judgement, • Well-organised, persistent, and comfortable with follow-ups and rejection, • Strong results orientation with a genuine interest in closing deals and driving revenue, • Experience in franchising, channel partnerships or equipment sales, • Experience using CRM systems What We Offer • Competitive base salary (£28k–£35k, dependent on experience), • Commission and performance-based bonuses directly linked to results, • Direct collaboration with the founder and exposure to meaningful commercial decision-making, • Clear progression opportunities as the company grows, • Potential to develop into a senior commercial or management role Why This Role Is Different • You will be a key early team member, not just part of a system, • Your work will have a direct and measurable impact on company revenue and expansion, • You will be involved in the full deal lifecycle, from first contact to signed agreement, • You will help shape Pokidol’s sales and franchise model, rather than simply following a script How to Apply Please send your CV to: We look forward to working with you to drive the next stage of Pokidol’s growth.
