We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our team at One Stop in Ripley. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience and making the store look good in merchandising Key Responsibilities: • Assisting customers with inquiries and purchases., • Operating the till and handling cash and card transactions accurately., • Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are well-organized and tidy., • Maintaining a clean and inviting store environment., • Supporting store management with various operational tasks as needed. Requirements: • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment., • Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions., • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn., • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
