You will: -Lead shifts and provide guidance to the care team -Mentor, support, and motivate colleagues -Promote a positive, child‑centred, therapeutic culture -Support the development and review of individual care plans -Help children regulate emotions, build life skills, and develop confidence -Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and care practice -Record key observations, incidents, and progress updates -Build strong, trusting relationships with children and young people -Support behaviour management strategies and therapeutic approaches -Work collaboratively with social workers, therapists, and external agencies -Contribute to continuous improvement across the home Your experience and insight will help shape both the day‑to‑day running of the home and the long‑term outcomes for the young people being supported. What the Client Is Looking For The successful candidate will be compassionate, resilient, and committed to transforming the lives of children and young people.
