We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the founder of a small but growing portfolio of businesses, including a property company, a food brand. You will have proven experience in a similar role, supporting one or more senior directors within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you will be adept at multitasking and confident in managing competing priorities, remaining calm and effective as demands evolve. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, part-time employment - 30-35hours p/week. Responsibilities Include: • Coordinate and manage a complex and ever-changing diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, while proactively anticipating and resolving any scheduling conflicts., • Act as a key point of contact, dealing confidently with a broad range of individuals including senior members of the team and clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings, attend meetings and take minutes where required., • Arrange any travel, including flights, transportation, accommodation, restaurant and prepare travel packs when required., • Assist with drafting and proofreading emails, bios, creative docs, press releases, company presentations, and general copy, ensuring consistency of tone of voice in line with the brands., • Manage and submit company and personal expenses in a timely and accurate manner., • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion across both professional and personal matters., • Organise, manage, and maintain confidential documents and records., • Act as an effective gatekeeper, filtering, prioritising, and redirecting requests as appropriate., • Liaise with family members and manage the personal diary, supporting personal projects as required., • Provide ad hoc personal support, including dry cleaning, dinner reservations, gift purchasing, and organising personal meetings and appointments, such as medical engagements. Key Personal Attributes • Proven experience, supporting a CEO or Directors at a similar level within a fast-paced and dynamic environment., • Strong technical aptitude with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel), • Exceptional planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail., • A naturally collaborative team player who is also highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances., • A positive, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset with a genuine "can-do" attitude., • A confident problem-solver who remains calm, focused, and effective under pressure.
