Job Opening: Part-Time Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant Sector: Trades

Hours: 5 hours per week

Basis: Self Employed We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant to support our growing trades business. If you have strong administrative skills, excellent spoken English, and relevant experience, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly - Speak to clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service - Compile detailed reports, quotations, invoices, and receipts - Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the trades sector - Exceptional spoken and written English skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Self-motivated and able to work independently from home To Apply:
