Cleaning Technician - Part Time Sanctuary House, Worcester £10,158 per year 16 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 16:50pm - 20:00pm We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician to join our team based in Worcester. As a Cleaning Technician you will be responsible for high standard cleaning services. Your main duties will include the cleaning of all communal areas, including stairs, lift, toilets, kitchen and offices. The role of Cleaning Technician will include: • General cleaning duties will include mopping, vacuuming, wet and dry dusting, • Identifying and reporting potential hazards or faults on site, to maintain a safe environment, • Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of allocated work, • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a good, workable condition and stock levels are maintained, • Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties, • Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery, • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation is desirable, • Good interpersonal and customer service skills Sanctuary Property Services provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary.
