Clinic Manager (Sales & Operations) Location: Poynton, Cheshire Salary: £34,500 per annum + Performance Bonus Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, 30 min unpaid lunch) Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Flexibility required to meet business needs across clinic opening hours (Mon–Fri 8:30am–7:00pm; Saturdays until lunchtime) + monthly community spinal screening events. We're not looking for a traditional Clinic Manager... We're looking for someone who can inspire a team, create an exceptional patient experience and help drive the growth of our business. This isn't a behind-the-scenes administration role. You'll be highly visible within the clinic, leading by example, supporting the reception team, building relationships with patients and helping ensure every patient receives an outstanding experience. We're looking for an exceptional leader rather than a specific industry background. You'll have a proven track record of leading a front-of-house team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment where achieving KPIs, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service were a key part of your role. About Us The Back Clinic is one of Cheshire's busiest private chiropractic clinics, with an excellent local reputation for delivering exceptional patient care. We're ambitious, continually improving and passionate about building an outstanding team. We're now looking for an exceptional leader to help drive the next stage of growth for the clinic. The Opportunity Working closely with the Clinic Director, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the clinic while developing a high-performing reception team. This varied leadership role combines operational management, customer experience, business development, sales, marketing and people leadership. What You'll Be Doing • Leading the day-to-day running of the clinic whilst maintaining a strong and consistent presence on reception., • Inspiring, coaching and developing the reception team., • Delivering an exceptional patient experience., • Driving enquiry conversion, patient retention and clinic performance., • Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement., • Supporting recruitment, training and performance management., • Creating engaging social media content and helping grow the clinic's online presence., • Supporting local marketing initiatives and community spinal screening events., • Ensuring high operational, compliance and customer service standards.What We're Looking For You'll be someone who: • Has experience leading people in a customer-focused environment., • Has a proven track record of achieving sales, conversion or performance targets., • Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving results., • Loves leading people and helping them perform at their best., • Is confident in making decisions and holding people accountable., • Is highly organised and thrives in a busy environment., • Is professional, positive and passionate about delivering exceptional service., • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own transport What We Offer • £34,500 salary plus performance bonus., • Complimentary chiropractic care for you and one close family member (approx. £1,200 annual value)., • Complimentary vitamin starter kit., • 28 days' annual leave (including bank holidays)., • Ongoing training and professional development., • The opportunity to play a key leadership role within a growing private healthcare business.Ready for your next challenge?
