Document Handler / Processing OperativeLocations: CorbyJob Type: Full-Time, Site-BasedProject Duration: Seasonal – approximately until May 2027Shift Patterns & PayShift 1: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm — £13.46 per hourShift 2: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm — £15.34 per hourAbout the RoleWe are recruiting Document Handlers / Processing Operatives to join a leading global digital solutions company.This is a fast-paced, target-driven operational environment where you will play an important role in supporting document management activities. Your responsibilities will include mailroom processing, document scanning, data validation, quality checking, manifest mailroom and the retrieval and handling of physical documents from the warehouse.Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with relevant operational experience who are looking to join a professional and structured working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, process, and accurately log incoming mail and documentsCarry out security and threat checks on inbound itemsOpen, batch, register, validate, and scan documentsComplete quality checks to ensure accurate imaging and data indexingRetrieve, store, and organise physical documents from within the warehouseWork towards productivity targets, including APH (Activities Per Hour) and agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)Carry out manual handling duties safely and efficientlyFollow company policies, procedures, values, and operational standardsMaintain a high level of accuracy while working to deadlines and productivity targetsAbout YouWe are looking for candidates who are:Experienced in a mailroom, scanning, warehouse, document processing, or similar operational environmentComfortable working to strict productivity targets and deadlinesHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using basic computer systems for data entry and document trackingAble to complete a typing test as part of the recruitment processPhysically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling dutiesStrong communicators who work well as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and able to work consistently in a fast-paced environmentEssential RequirementsSafety shoes are requiredMust successfully pass a DBS checkMust be able to provide 3 years of referencesMust have lived in the UK for at least 3 yearsMust have the legal right to work in the UKMust be able to reliably commute to the relevant siteOwn transport is requiredTraining & Working PatternFull intensive training will be provided during the first two weeks , covering all relevant sections and processes.Following completion of four weeks of work , you will be required to take a two-week break as part of the seasonal working arrangement.Why Join?This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a leading global digital solutions company in a structured, professional, and fast-paced operational environment.If you are reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to work towards clear operational targets , we would love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
