We're currently recruiting a full time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Defence, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. Site Manager – High Voltage Kent 9–12 Months Initially Rate: £500–£550 per day IR35 Status: Outside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in construction and engineering projects to join a high-performing team and play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Essential Experience • Proven experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure, energy, or construction projects., • Experience within large-scale civil engineering, HV cable, or interconnector projects., • Familiarity with high-voltage cable installation or energy transmission schemes., • Experience working in multi-disciplinary and international project environments., • Commercial awareness and cost-control understanding., • Strong track record of delivering projects safely and on programme., • Excellent leadership and team management skills., • Sound understanding of HSE regulations and best practices., • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
