Ability to find creative solutions to design challenges. Enthusiasm, passion, and confidence in your design work. Knowledge of workplace design best practices. Up-to-date knowledge of materials, fabrics, and brands. Strong communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal. On offer for the successful Midweight interior designer will be a salary between £35,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience, Genuine career progression paths working alongside Creative leads and Senior Designers and a Generous company benefits package.
