Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant activities. - Supervise and train restaurant staff to maintain high-quality service standards. - Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal supply. - Handle customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional manner. - Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts. - Uphold food safety and sanitation standards. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service. - Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities. Qualifications: - Previous experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service. - Knowledge of Kurdish cuisine is a plus but not required. - Proficiency in restaurant management software is an advantage.
