Role Purpose To lead and develop Gapp Automation as a profitable, growth-oriented business within the Rubix MCA Division. The Managing Director will provide strong commercial and operational leadership, driving strategic sales growth, supplier development, and organisational capability to achieve sustained revenue and margin improvement.
