Requirements: • Proven experience leading and growing software engineering teams in a collaborative, agile, product-driven environment., • Strong hands-on background in software engineering, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, Azure) as well as experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js, React)., • Solid experience in evaluating, integrating, and managing third-party or SaaS systems within a broader IT estate., • Strong understanding of non-functional requirements and architectural principles for distributed, cloud-native systems., • Experience building and maintaining robust APIs, data pipelines, and secure system integrations., • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure)., • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills., • Ability to bring teams and disparate working groups together to balance demand and changing business requirements. Desirable: • Experience modernising legacy systems or leading through complex system transitions., • Familiarity with UK data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and enterprise information governance., • Previous experience in hybrid estates combining custom applications and commercial off-the-shelf solutions. Service Engineer / Service Technician / Mechanical Engineer required to join a global, market-leading engineering manufacturer. The successful Service Engineer / Service Technician / Mechanical Engineer will be predominatley site based near Aylesbury, with occasional field work at customer sites when required, carrying out mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic work. This includes servicing, repair, fault finding and maintenance of specialist milk pumping, metering, and pipework systems fitted to transport vehicles within the farming and dairy sector. The Service Engineer / Service Technician / Mechanical Engineer will recieve full manufacturing product training and will consider engineers from any mechanical engineering service background with the willingness to learn and desire to join a reputable global company Hands-on service experience with pumps or transferable products such as HGVs, plant, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, refrigeration, rotating equipment, compressed air, valves, seals, or other similar electro-mechanical backgrounds is advantageous. Background in any relevant engineered products such as pumps, compressors, HGVs, plant machinery, HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, refrigeration, or other electro-mechanical equipment is a plus.
