
Pamir Homecare is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Coordinator/Field Supervisor to join our team in Ealing and Harrow. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the performance of domiciliary care workers, ensuring the smooth setup of new care packages, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. You will play a key part in creating and supervising optimised staff schedules that meet both client needs and workforce capacity. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will also conduct field supervisions, competency assessments, and contribute to the ongoing professional development of care staff.
