As we enter a new phase of growth expanding our product capabilities, developing our enterprise offering, and scaling globally, we’re seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead to help shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a seasoned product marketer who can blend analytical insight with creative storytelling. If you’re passionate about data, product strategy, and translating complex technology into compelling customer stories, this is your opportunity to make a major impact at the heart of a product-led business. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure internal readiness and high-impact external execution. Shape and manage ongoing lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive retention and growth. Act as the voice of the customer synthesising insights from customer feedback, usage data, and market research to inform positioning and roadmap priorities. Conduct market, competitive, and pricing benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. Test and validate new product concepts (including the enterprise solution) to assess market need, feature relevance, and commercial potential. Sales Enablement & Field Success Build and deliver enablement programs that improve field confidence, messaging consistency, and win rates. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to bring the voice of the market into product development decisions. Build and evolve the Product Marketing function - establishing frameworks, processes, and best practices that scale with the business. 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy , or Commercial Enablement within B2B SaaS or developer tools . ~ Strong understanding of technical audiences , developer tools, and enterprise software buying cycles. ~ Demonstrated experience with pricing and packaging strategy or market benchmarking. Highly analytical mindset , able to interpret data, extract insights, and measure impact. Strong cross-functional leadership , aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing around shared objectives. Strategic and hands-on, comfortable moving between planning and execution. Collaborative, building strong relationships across teams and international environments. Creative problem-solver, proactively improving processes and workflows. Organised and deadline-oriented, managing projects effectively.
