The role will also involve input into wider operations undertaken by the company, including large scale field trials, drilling supervision, and providing supporting input to technical (desk based) assessment. The role will suit a technically minded, innovative and practical individual with good time management skills and a talent for problem solving, who is happy working outdoors as well as within an office environment. The position will require the successful candidate to undertake regular business driving throughout the UK and ROI (with occasional overnight stays). A full current driving license is therefore an absolute requirement for the role. As the role requires operation of off-road vehicles, such a license must cover the operation of manual transmissions. Please note that, though this is a graduate role, and requires an enquiring and scientific mind, it involves application of both mind and body.
