Duties as Health Care Assistants: • Aiding residents with tasks related to personal care, such as bathing, maintaining personal hygiene, getting dressed, and eating, • Engaging in recreational and social activities or events with residents, both individually and as a group, to provide physical and mental stimulation, • Taking charge of the resident's physical and emotional well-being and addressing their social needs, • Contributing to the creation of resident Care plans and being fully informed about any specialized support requirements, • Supporting residents with their mobility and assisting as needed.
