Requirements A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a residential children’s care setting.Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Level 5 Diploma is desirable.Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and external agencies.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.A valid driver’s license is desirable but not essential.
