It requires a manager who is confident operating at the intersection of social care, clinical care and therapeutic practice, and who can hold the standards expected by both Ofsted and the CQC simultaneously. What you'll be responsible for Holding registration with both Ofsted (Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards) and the CQC (regulated activities under the Health and Social Care Act).
