Im currently working with a highly regarded South West law firm that prides itself on delivering expert legal advice with a personal touch. Due to growth and internal movement, the firm is seeking two talented Residential Conveyancers to join their well-established and thriving Property team. The Role Youll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing an exceptional level of client service throughout. Working alongside a dedicated Legal Assistant, youll have the autonomy to manage your own files while being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment. This role would suit a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE (or equivalent experience), confident in running their own caseload independently. Youll also have the opportunity to: Mentor and support junior members of the team (if this interests you) Get involved in local networking to build lasting client relationships Contribute to process improvements and best practice initiatives within the department Candidates with experience or an interest in agricultural property are also encouraged to apply.
