Remove rubbish by litter picking, emptying communal bins, and wiping down surfaces. Sweep out block bin rooms daily and ensure the area is clean and tidy. Wash down block bin rooms once a week to maintain high standards. Unblock bin chutes as directed. Maintain property exterior throughout different seasons, including using rock salt for icy or snowy conditions.
