What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the technical lead on our more complex domestic and commercial subsidence claims, providing expert guidance to colleagues and clients. Your work will include:Managing complex subsidence investigations from first visit to final resolutionVisiting damaged properties to assess structural, technical and insurance-related issuesDesigning and overseeing stabilisation schemes and repair strategiesProducing high-quality technical reports, specifications and tender documentsInterpreting geotechnical investigations and advising on foundation solutionsAdministering building contracts, valuations and variationsEnsuring compliance with Building Regulations, Planning, CDM and Party Wall legislationWorking closely with policyholders, insurers, loss adjusters, contractors and local authoritiesSupporting and mentoring colleagues, and contributing to training deliveryMaintaining accurate case records and meeting service level expectationsYou’ll also play a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting other Davies divisions when needed.
