Service Sales Coordinator (12 Month Contract) Warmley, Bristol (BS30) £27,000 + excellent benefits Full-time, office-based We are supporting a long-established, employee-owned engineering business in Bristol to recruit a Service Sales Coordinator . This is a key role within their service division, focused on managing contract renewals, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role As Service Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring service contracts are renewed smoothly and customer needs are responded to promptly. Your responsibilities will include: Sales & Contract Management Preparing and issuing quotations for service contracts Tracking and chasing renewals Renewing service contracts and maintaining accurate documentation Setting up new contract numbers and updating customer records Producing and maintaining renewal and service-due reports Customer Service & Relationship Management Acting as a key point of contact for customer service queries Responding promptly to web and email enquiries Liaising with internal teams to resolve invoice or account issues Maintaining up-to-date customer information Supporting customer audits and compliance documentation Administration & Coordination Managing pre-qualification documents, certifications, and tender submissions Monitoring Find a Tender for opportunities Processing job sheet requests and raising service work orders Reviewing SLAs and preparing documents for approval Coordinating with accounts on invoicing, credit notes, and aged debt Ensuring purchase orders and contracts are accurately verified and logged Skills & experience Experience in sales coordination, service administration, or contract management (preferred) Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with tender submissions and pre-qualification processes (advantageous) High level of attention to detail and proactive approach to improving processes Salary & benefits £27,000 salary 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) Company pension scheme Private medical scheme Life assurance with additional wellbeing support services This role is a 12month contract and 100% office-based in Warmley, Bristol (BS30) TPBN1_UKTJ
