Paid Media Manager (Full-Time) 📍 Brighton (Hybrid – 3 Days in Office) 🎭 Entertainment / Arts / Culture Clients 🏢 Independent Creative Agency About Us We’re a Brighton-based independent agency working with bold and exciting clients across the entertainment space — from live events and festivals to music, theatre, and cultural brands. We combine creative thinking with performance marketing to drive real results. The Role We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of performance campaigns across a range of entertainment clients. This is a full-time role with a hybrid setup (3 days per week in our Brighton office, 2 days remote). You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that drive ticket sales, audience growth, and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, • Optimise campaigns towards performance goals (ticket sales, conversions, engagement), • Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting across multiple accounts, • Analyse performance data and provide clear insights and recommendations, • Collaborate with creative and social teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, • Test new channels, audience strategies, and formats, • Own reporting, including weekly and monthly performance updates, • Stay up to date with platform changes and emerging trends Requirements • 3+ years’ experience in paid media / performance marketing, • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, • Proven track record managing performance campaigns end-to-end, • Comfortable analysing data and translating it into actionable insights, • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns, • Experience in entertainment, events, or lifestyle brands (preferred) Nice to Have • Experience running ticket sales or event-driven campaigns, • Familiarity with TikTok Ads and YouTube campaigns, • Knowledge of GA4, tracking, and attribution, • Agency experience Working Setup • Full-time role, • Hybrid: 3 days per week in our Brighton office, 2 days remote What You’ll Get • Competitive salary (dependent on experience), • Flexible hybrid working, • Opportunity to work on exciting entertainment brands, • Collaborative, independent agency culture, • Room to grow and shape campaigns with real impact
