\n Reporting to the Store Manager at Glasgow Airport, this is a key permanent role within our retail store, with overall responsibility for the efficient running of a retail unit in line with the requirements of the organisation. \n \n \n • You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the designated unit or such other company retail unit as required\n, • To maximise the profitability of the unit through good customer service and increased sales\n, • To ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times\n, • To minimise shrinkage by ensuring stock control is tight and all incoming/ outgoing stock is correctly administered\n, • You will be responsible for the security of the shop and its contents – any incidents of theft to be reported immediately to the Store Manager/Area Manager\n, • To ensure the Health & Safety of customers and fellow employees by reporting, in writing, any defects in the fabric of the unit to the Store Manager for the appropriate remedial action\n, • To ensure that all company cash procedures are followed and that any unders/overs are notified to the Store Manager/Area Manager\n, • To ensures that all window and internal displays are of a high standard and up-to-date\n, • To organise staff rest periods and rest breaks in accordance with statutory requirements ensuring correct balance of staffing is in place at all times\n, • To ensures colleagues are properly trained in the day-to-day running of the store\n, • To ensure attendance schedules and relevant documentation is filled out accurately and completely\n, • To ensure awareness of and compliance with Health and Safety requirements and Fire Regulations and that colleagues are provided with the necessary instruction/training requirements\n, • To ensures that any incident/accident to fellow employees or to customers, however small, is recorded in the Company accident book\n, • To undertake other responsibilities that evolves with development, knowledge and familiarity of the post\n \n \n Skills and Experience required: \n \n \n • Experience working within a Retail environment in a management role or similar\n \n \n Additional requirements; \n \n \n • Ability to work flexibly over 7 days, including weekends, evenings and match days\n \n

Reporting to the TPS Area Sales Manager, working across multiple TPS Centres the BDM will be accountable for achieving sales targets and growing a loyal customer base. Sales Work with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver on a sales strategy to consistently increase sales revenues from mechanical customers whilst maintaining a loyal customer base Achieve target KPI's and revenue objectives in your territory for key mechanical customers Identify, secure and develop new customer accounts within territory Ensure marketing initiatives are embedded and supported and monitor the success of the targeted customer sets , promotions and campaigns Present and report on sales and marketing activity v performance Utilise internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential sales opportunities within the customer base and territory Ensure you are adequately trained and understand the Unique Selling Proposition of the TPS brand, the "Features and Benefits" of the TPS product range especially the genuine v non-genuine aspect and are adequately trained to overcome sales objections Effectively manage your time to maximise opportunities from customer visits Work with TPS Centre colleagues to leverage customer set visits and call objectives Stakeholder Management Keep key stakeholders updated on sales performance via formal and informal market plus statistical presentations Manage and maximise the support from the business investor partner and TPS investors in order to support your targets and objectives Work collaboratively with ASM and CMs and contribute to the Business Improvement Plans Customer Experience Manage and maintain relationships with all customers Provide the highest level of customer service by offering a knowledgeable, responsive, courteous service that reflects the image and reputation of the TPS business Requirements What are we looking for?
