Office Administrator Boldon | £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) | Full Time ✨ Flexible Hours | Hybrid Working Available Are you a highly organised and proactive Administrator looking for a varied role within a well-established and professional organisation? We are recruiting on behalf of a friendly and reputable business based in Boldon, seeking an experienced Administrator to join their supportive team. This is a busy and varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Salary & Benefits £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) 27 days annual leave + bank holidays (including 3 days for Christmas closure) Hybrid working available following training Flexible working hours between 7:30am - 6:00pm (7.5 hours per day) Core hours: 9:30am - 4:00pm Company laptop provided Pension contribution (4%) Private healthcare scheme Annual bonus potentialThe Role You will provide high-quality, accurate administrative support across the business, helping to ensure everything runs efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a first point of contact for incoming calls Managing post and general correspondence Coordinating travel and accommodation Organising training and maintaining records Supporting document control and compliance Managing security passes Assisting with quality and environmental systems Updating website content (full training provided) Providing general office support Conducting DSE assessments Supporting as a Fire Warden and First AiderThis is a varied position, and duties may evolve in line with business needs. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable, and detail-focused, with the ability to manage a busy workload. You will ideally have: Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role Strong organisation and time management skills The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail Confident communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and self-motivated approach The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and ExcelAdditional Information We are committed to supporting all applicants and can provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process if required.
