Location: La Petite Bretagne, 5 Beadon road, W6 0EA Contract : Full time Reports to : General Manager / Owner What you’ll do: • Prepare and cook authentic French crêpes and galettes., • Create seasonal specials and help refine our menu., • Keep food quality, presentation, and taste consistently excellent., • Order ingredients, manage inventory, and minimize waste., • Lead and train kitchen staff (3 members), ensuring teamwork and good communication., • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards., • Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily service.
