Maintenance Technician / Site Manager Reports To Headteacher / School Business Manager Job Purpose The Maintenance Technician / Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that the school site, buildings, and grounds are safe, secure, clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. The post holder will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the premises, coordinate contractors, ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, and provide a welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
