Customers should be contacted regularly to check on how products are working and invite to events., • Ensure the counter is adequately stocked with products, keeping an eye on stock levels throughout the day. To communicate with your manager regarding out of or low stocks and to replenishing where necessary and to ensure products are displayed within current company guidelines., • Maintain the counter by cleaning surfaces and display areas daily with provided cleaning materials. Ensuring all consultation areas are always clean and ready to use. All surfaces, products and brushes should be cleaned and sanitised after each client. It is also vital that good personal hygiene practice is followed throughout the day and to the latest guidelines., • Effectively manage transactions. Stores where required will provide necessary cash handling training., • Be an active team member. Be friendly, approachable, outgoing, punctual, extremely presentable, trustworthy, and reliable. You will be expected to produce your own content for social media and produce and submit at least one ‘look of the week’ or item of content each week., • Always represent the BY Terry brand in the best possible way.
