Sales Campaign Management • Project manage key retail sale campaigns end-to-end, keeping timelines, assets and stakeholders coordinated from planning through to launch., • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to ensure every sale moment is briefed, built and delivered on time., • Maintain a clear view of the promotional calendar, flagging dependencies and potential clashes before they become problems., • Ensure all campaign activity is consistent across email, on-site and offline, with the right messaging landing at the right time. What We're Looking For • 3-5 years of experience in a CRM, retention or email marketing role, ideally within e-commerce or a consumer brand., • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email platform, including building and managing flows independently., • Strong copywriting skills.
