Roam is a rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure business with a mission to Electrify your Everyday. We are looking to add a new member to our operations team, based out of our headquarters in Crawley, West Sussex. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the internal management of our EV charging bays and associated parking processes. This role is primarily focused on coordinating information, handling queries, and supporting day‑to‑day administration in liaison with our parking management partner, to ensure our electric vehicle charging bays are available for drivers in need of a charge. This role sits within our operations team, reporting directly in to our Parking Operations Manager and collaborating closely with the wider operations team and our parking management partner. • The processing of ANPR‑generated parking charge notices, • Reviewing vehicle images and parking data provided for accuracy, • Handling customer enquiries and assisting with appeals via email and phone, • Updating and maintaining case records and internal systems, • Preparing and issuing standard correspondence to customers and clients, • Managing permit lists, whitelists, and system updates, • Assisting with payment queries and general data entry, • Working in line with internal procedures, data protection, and compliance requirements, • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as and where required. We are seeking candidates with the following: • A minimum of 1 years' experience in an administrative role - essential, • Experience in a parking management/enforcement role - desirable, • Interest in compliance, data handling, or technology‑led services, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Basic IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems, • Clear written and verbal communication skills, • Organised, reliable, and able to follow processes Join us if you're passionate about making a real impact on the UK’s journey to Net Zero.
