EQUANS are looking for a Decorator working on our Calderdale Royal Hospital contract in Halifax. This role would be a permanent role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. Completing painting and decorating tasks as required at the Calderdale Royal Hospital site. Minimise penalty deductions by responding in a timely manner to all maintenance issues in accordance with the requirements of the Concession / Project Agreement. Ensure there is minimum disruption to wards and departments throughout the site whilst carrying out works. Ensure Infection Control requirements are implemented through information, instruction and training. All employees are expected to work within our Sustainability and Health and Safety policies and procedures. Undertake unsupervised routine painting tasks and work as instructed. Assist other trades in carrying out painting tasks connected to maintenance repairs and installation works. Carry out duties in accordance with safe working practices within statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelines. Collaborate and co‑operate with the Trust, partners and colleagues to deliver a customer focused service. Carry out duties in accordance with safe working practices within statutory and Company guidelines. Undertake training where necessary to maintain and develop the requirements of the service. Liaise and undertake duties at other Equans projects as directed.
