Role: IT Infrastructure Manager Location: Northwich, Cheshire – 2 days per week on site Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 Benefits: Excellent Pension, Bonus A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to join a fast-growing financial organisation and play a pivotal role in their future growth. About the Role You will take responsibility for a team of seven including a small team of three 1st/2nd line support analysts. You will manage all the day to day operations of the helpdesk and infrastructure support providing the team with a 3rd line escalation point. You will lead and manage infrastructure projects both for their UK and international offices as well as ensuring all the systems are running optimally with a keen eye on service delivery. You will use your hands on skills in MS365, VMWare, Servers and Networking to share knowledge and develop the team. What We’re Looking For • We would expect you to have at least three years’ experience in a leading a support team., • This is a hands-on role so we would look for you to be proficient in Microsoft OS, M365, SQL, VMware and Veeam as well as have some networking knowledge., • On top of this we are looking for strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities with a track record in delivering infrastructure projects., • You will need to be commutable to Norwich as this role is hybrid, based in the office two days a week.
