Founding Account Executive – AI Consultancy (Financial Services) 📍 London - EC1, Hybrid (3-days onsite) 💸 75,000 + £100,000 OTE + MBO performance bonuses. Our client is a London-based AI consultancy working exclusively with mid-sized to enterprise financial institutions. They build compliant, custom AI systems covering fraud detection, compliance automation and cybersecurity. They are designed for the messy, regulated world banks and FS players actually operate in. They’re now hiring their first Account Executive to build the commercial function from the ground up. What you’ll do • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing, • Land and expand across banks, insurers, payments firms and fintechs, • Shape go-to-market strategy directly with the founders, • Work with technical teams to tailor AI and cybersecurity solutions for high-stakes environments What they’re looking for • Proven success selling tech, AI, data or cybersecurity solutions into financial services, • Comfortable in founder-led, early-stage environments, • Able to navigate compliance, security and procurement conversations with senior stakeholders, • A builder mindset: you’re not just closing deals, you’re creating the commercial engine Why join? • Founding seat with direct impact on growth, product direction and market positioning, • Uncapped commission with realistic earning potential north of £190k+, • Chance to own a vertical in a consultancy solving real problems Interview Process 2-stages • 1st stage – in-person meeting with CRO (& Co-Founder) for a coffee and introduction!, • 2nd stage – on-site meeting in London with the two Co-Founders (CRO & CEO).
